Configure UseHatchApp.com

Prerequisites:

• Manager permissions on your UseHatchApp.com account
• Hatch Manager permissions on your MetricWise.net account
• MetricWise 18.0.54 or later 

Steps:

1. Login to Hatch: https://app.usehatchapp.com/login
   1. In the left sidebar, click on the > to the left of your workspace, then select Integrations
   2. Select Custom Sources, then Create Custom Source
      1. Set Source Label = Odoo
      2. Click Create Custom Source (again), then the Back arrow in the top left
   3. Select API Keys, then Create API Key
      1. Set API Key Label = Odoo
      2. Create Create API Key (again), then the Back arrow in the top left
   4. Copy the API Key
2. Login to your MetricWise server.
   1. Home > Leads, Configuration > UseHatchApp.com > Workspaces
   2. Create a new workspace
      1. Set Name = the name of your Hatch workspace
      2. Set Api Key = paste the API key
      3. Save
