Find something I just entered?
In the system menu, click appropriate module for the type of record created: Appointments, Customers, or Contracts.
Add a product to an existing contract?
- Go to the Contracts module.
- Search for the contract by contract ID number.
- Click the edit link at the far column in the search results table.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the contract screen.
- Click the blue "Add Product" button.
- Click the purple magnifying glass.
- Search for or select the product to add.
- Adjust the quantity, price, commission, and installer pay for the item.
- Add as many products as desired by selecting the magnifying glass.
- Click the Save button at the bottom (or top) of the screen.
Make the text larger?
- At the very bottom, right corner of some browsers, change the zoom level to a higher value or…
- Use the keyboard shortcut, holding down the Control and + key at the same time [Ctrl +].
- To make the text smaller, hold down the Control and - key at the same time [Ctrl -].
Change a Lead Source?
- Go to the Lead Source module.
- Search for the Lead Source.
- Click the edit link at the far column in the search results table.
- Change any of the three fields available for the Lead Source.
- Click the Save button.
Correct a misspelling?
Depending on how far along in the process of setting a lead, entering a contract, and importing to QuickBooks, change these items in order as needed:
- Go to the customer list.
- Locate and edit the customer.
- Correct the contact first name or last name.
- Scroll down to activities, locate the current appointment and click the edit link.
- Correct the name in the Subject line.
- Click the Save button.
- Scroll down to Contracts, locate the current contract and click the edit link.
- Correct the name in the Subject line.
- Click the Save button.
Create a recurring appointment?
- Set your initial Out Of Office appointment.
- In the appointment block click on the appointment subject “Signed out”. Wait for the page to load.
- Click the blue duplicate button.
- Change the date and time.
- Click Save.
