Server Disk Space

Users can attach scanned customer folders (PDF), before/after photos of a job (JPG), or any other file up to 10MB in size to a MetricWise customer contact or contract. By default, all users can upload and view any files on the system. Changes to file create, access, or delete may be accommodated on request.

Ten GB of file storage is included with the basic MetricWise subscription, and additional storage will be added and billed on the schedule below, starting with your next billing cycle. Current disk usage can be found in the Manage -> Control Panel -> Disk Usage menu.

To get the most out of your storage space adjust your cameras or scanners with the following settings:

• Scan documents at 200dpi, black and white if you are keeping your paper folders for archival/legal purposes.
• Set camera image quality to small or medium image size. You don't need a 5MB, 15 megapixel images to document your work.
