Home Page

Each time you log into MetricWise, the Home Page is displayed. The page has three sections contating the following widgets: To Dos, Key Performance Indicators and Upcoming Installs and Services.

To Dos Widget:

All open To Do that are assigned to you will be displayed in the To Dos widget. It includes the date and time the To Do is due and lists the status. A To Do can be accessed by clicking the subject name link. For more information on To Dos, access MetricWise Modules and refer to the To Dos article

Key Performance Indicators

The Key Metrics widget contains a list of filters that contain statisical data on your individual performance. Statiscs are provided for the current date, yesterday, month to date and year to date.

Upcoming Installs and Service

The Upcoming Installs and Service widget displays a list of install and service appointments, if you are assiged to the contact - either you ran the lead and sold the job or you were assigned to the customer at some point. The widget will display these types of appointments for todays date and fo dates in the future.  There are three fields displayed for each appointment; all of them are accessible. To view the appointment, click on the customer name in the Appointment column.  To view the appointment on the calendar, click on the date in the Start Date column. To view the customer contact information, click on the name in the Customer column.
