The Ad Campaigns module is used to enter advertising expenses. Cost, Ad run time, and Lead Sources are entered here. This information is used in the reports. See the Reports topic located in MetricWise Modules for more information.

Searching
The Ad Campaign list view shows all advertising campaigns entered into the system. You can scroll down the page to locate a campaign or use the Search features.
The Ad Campaign module has several methods to search for a campaign. In the Search section at the top of the page, six search options are offered. The default search is by Campaign Name.
To change this, click the down arrow located within the IN input field. Select the desired search criteria; in the Search For input field, enter your information. Click the Search Now button to begin your search.
Creating a New Ad Campaign
- Click on the green plus sign icon.
- In the Campaign Information section, enter a Campaign Name.
- Enter a Lead Source from the pick list.
- Edit a Start Date and End Date for the campaign.
- Enter the dollar cost of the campaign in the Actual Cost field.
- In Description Information section, add relevant notes.
Editing an Ad Campaign
- Use the Search function to find the campaign you want to edit.
- Click the Edit link under the Action column.
- Edit the information.
- Click the Save button.
Duplicating an Ad Campaign
Recurring advertising expenses are often very similar in cost and description with only the date changing. Use the duplicate function to make an entry based on a previous ad campaign.
- Use the Search function and locate an Ad Campaign you want to copy from.
- Click the Campaign Name.
- When the window loads, click the blue Duplicate button.
- Add the information for the new Ad Campaign.
- Click the Save button.
