Install and service appointments can be scheduled from contracts module. Use the action shortcut in the contract list view or detail view to schedule appointments directly from these pages.

Appointment detail print outs (lead sheets) show who created the appointment.

Additional date filters are available on the job list: Est. Delivery Date, Contract Date, Turn-In Date, Payment Received Date, Order Date, Service Requested, Service Complete.

View History details for a record can be disabled by role. Contact MetricWise support if you’d like to hide the edit history of a record from specific users by role.

St. Jude’s donations can be displayed in KPI on request. Contact MetricWise support to display the St. Jude’s donations along with your other Key Performance Indicators on your home page.

When scheduling a service from a contract, the appointment status will automatically be set to Service in the create appointment window.

Control Panel user list can be filtered by active/inactive status. This will make the user list easier to manage for stores that have a large number of inactive accounts.

MetricWise support can reassign filters to be owned by a different user. This allow MetricWise support to create custom filters and reassign them to an office manager who can then modify the filter behavior.

Tax Rate list always displayed alphabetically for stores with sales tax activated.
- Contract payment statuses (Paid, Unpaid, Collections) are visible from the customer detail view in the contracts related list.
